In its complete form, Jill Wigmore-Welsh Body NLP covers all aspects of life, including work, home, hobby, sport, driving, and rest.  The work has developed from the body centered processes of Feldenkrais, Physiosynthesis, Core Stability, & Pilates. It incorporates the breathe, trance and linguistic processes of meditation, Eriksonian Hypnosis, and Nero-Linguistic-Programming. Unlike many methods, profound improvements in movement range can be achieved with stretching or pain. The micro movement sequences are novel and gentle, leading to deep subconscious awareness shifts and easy lasting learning
